New build developments
In addition to residential refurbishment projects we also work with property developers on new build schemes, usually sites of between 4-20 houses. This is very different to designing private homes as the specification and interior design have to appeal to a wide range of potential purchasers. We are required to keep to project budgets while delivering imaginative and aspirational schemes.
We will usually design and furnish the show home and are able to provide a full fit out service for this.
