Since 2014 we’ve been working with SACO and a team of Dutch architects on the conversion of the Wittenberg building, in Amsterdam’s canal district, to 115 luxury apartments.
SACO The Cannon opens its doors
SACO’s brand new Aparthotel in Cannon Street is now up and running. Offering a blend of contemporary design, history and urban living, this new Aparthotel offers 77 studio and one bedroom serviced apartments, thoughtfully designed to create an urban retreat in the heart of The City.
Completion of the Moravian Church conversion
The final phase of the conversion of the former Moravian Church in Bath, The Spire, is now complete and all 4 duplex apartments have been sold. We worked on this in collaboration with Woodward Hambly Architects.
Practical Completion takes place on One Bilbury Lane
One Bilbury Lane, Bath – After a busy last few weeks on site, Practical Completion took place today and purchasers will be moving in by the end of the month. It’s very satisfying to see this beautiful Grade 1 Listed building restored to its former glory.

We have just been notified that the Freemantle Developments project, The Regent in Clevedon with O’Leary Goss Architects, CTS Ltd and ourselves has made the finals of the Apartment Scheme of the Year category of the Premier Excellence Awards 2015.
