Fitzroy House, Bath

We are very pleased to be working for the Longacre team converting Fitzroy House into 28 luxury apartments.

Fitzroy House is located on Great Pulteney Street, which is recognised as the grandest street in Bath with its wide pavements, beautiful Georgian architecture and central location. We are providing a full Architectural and Interior Design service and secured Planning and Listed Building Consent earlier this year, which was a long and complex process given the building’s Grade I listed status. The refurbishment has been designed to be sensitive to the character and prestige of the building, protecting and restoring the historic architectural features such as the ornamental plaster work, stained glass and window shutters. The interior design combines traditional Georgian features with contemporary finishes using Bulthaup kitchens, luxury bathrooms with heated walls and flush fitted overhead rain showers and a soft colour palette. The build is progressing well on site and all hands were on deck this week for the fitting out of the show apartment.
