The Regent apartments reach finals of the Premier excellence Awards

We have just been notified that the Freemantle Developments project, The Regent in Clevedon with O’Leary Goss Architects, CTS Ltd and ourselves has made the finals of the Apartment Scheme of the Year category of the Premier Excellence Awards 2015.

This was an interesting development of largely new build apartments but incorporating part of an existing building. This presented a number of challenges but the end result was very successful. Both the architectural and interior design were in a contemporary style with clean lines and modern fixtures and fittings. All the apartments were sold off plan and the purchasers were able to choose from a range of finishes so that each apartment had an individual touch.Congratulations to everyone on the team!
